| Angel Surprise Dessert
1 1/2 cup of milk One 3 ounce package of cream cheese, softened One 3-3/4 ounce package of instant vanilla pudding mix 4 cups of angel cake cubes One 13 - 14 ounce can of crushed pineapple, drained One 2 ounce package of dessert topping mix |

In a small mixer bowl, gradually blend milk into cream cheese, beating until smooth. Add pudding mix and beat at low speed of electric mixer until smooth and slightly thickened, about 2 minutes. Pour pudding mixture over angel cake cubes, stirring to coat. Turn into a 8x8x2 inch baking dish. Spread drained pineapple over top. Prepare dessert topping mix according to package directions. Spread over all. Chill several hours or overnight. Serves 6. |
