Sauté the celery and onion in 2 tablespoons of butter until golden. Combine the celery, onion, apples, stuffing mix and parsley; toss with remaining butter. Spread 1 ham steak with stuffing; top with remaining steak. Spread jam over top. Bake in preheated 350ºF. oven for 1 hour. Cook beans according to package directions.
