Add the salt and pepper to bread crumbs. Beat the egg and add milk. Dip the chops in liquid and roll in crumbs. Put 3 tablespoons of fat into skillet, brown the chops. Place the chops in a baking pan or dish and add boiling water. Cover and bake at 400ºF. for about 50 minutes, remove the cover the last 10 minutes. Serves 6 |
