Brunswick Stew RecipesFromScratch.com8/28/06

1 chicken cooked and diced
1 can of stewed tomatoes flavored with onion and green peppers
one 10 ounce package of frozen lima beans
1 small can of corn niblets
3 medium potatoes, diced
3 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 can of condensed cream of chicken soup

Cook the chicken in 2 quarts of water and simmer until meat can be removed from bones and diced. To the broth add the vegetables and cook until tender. Stir occasionally and then add diced chicken, seasonings and soup.
