Preheat your oven to 350ºF. Wash the fish, pat dry with towel and arrange in baking dish. Pour the lemon juice over salmon. Arrange the tomatoes, green peppers and onions around salmon. Sprinkle with pepper and Tabasco. Cover and bake for 20 - 30 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Makes 6 servings |
