Nut Popcorn Clusters
One 14 ounce bag of caramel squares
2 tablespoons of light cream
2 quarts of popped popcorn, lightly salted
1 cup of salted, roasted peanuts
Combine the caramel squares and cream in a small bowl. Microwave for 2
minutes, 20 seconds to 3 minutes on Medium High, stirring several times or
until the caramel is smooth. In a large bowl, mix the popcorn and peanuts
together, adding caramel sauce gradually. Stir until combined. Drop by
spoonfuls onto wax paper. Let cool. Enjoy! |
