| Creole Peach Dip 2 cups of pureed fresh peaches 1/2 cup of sugar 1 teaspoon of lemon juice A dash of salt 2 cups of frozen whipping topping, thawed Combine the peaches, sugar, lemon juice, and salt, stir well. Fold in whipped topping. Chill until serving time. Serve with thin wafers or lightly flavored cookies. Makes about 4 cups |
