Combine the scallops, onion and butter in a saucepan and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in the mustard, salt, pepper and flour, then add the milk gradually, stirring constantly until thickened. Place in a baking dish and top with the cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 350ºF for 20 minutes. Makes 6 servings |
