| Dried Beef Supreme 1 small jar of dried beef 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine 1 medium green pepper, chopped 1 can of mushroom soup 1 small can of mushroom pieces 1/2 a soup can of milk Cut the dried beef into small pieces. Melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the dried beef and green pepper lightly. add the soup and mushroom pieces and stir in the milk. Heat through. May be served over toast or hot grits. Makes 4 servings |
