Crush toffee bars by placing them between two pieces of waxed paper and crushing them with a rolling pin. Set aside. Combine the whipping cream, sweetened condensed milk, coffee, and vanilla. Chill. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed until slightly thickened. Fold in toffee. Spoon into a 2 quart square baking dish or a 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Cover and freeze for several hours or until firm. Makes 12 servings |
