| Cook the shrimp, drain. Melt butter in saucepan, stir in flour. Add milk, cook and stir until thickened. Stir in salt, pepper, paprika, sherry, and shrimp. Pour into 5 baking shells, sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese. Place under broiler 3 -4 inches from heat, broil until the cheese browns. Makes 5 servings
