| German Chocolate Cheesecake
1 box of Pillsbury German chocolate cake mix 1/2 cup of coconut 1 egg 1/3 cup of melted butter 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese 3/4 cup of sugar 2 tablespoons of vanilla 2 eggs 1 pint of sour cream 1/4 cup of sugar 1 teaspoon of vanilla |
| Mix together first 4 ingredients. Press in bottom and sides of 9 x 13 inch Pyrex. Mix cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons vanilla and 2 eggs. Beat until fluffy. Pour over chocolate mixture. Bake at 350ºF. for 20 to 30 minutes. After cake has cooled or been refrigerated overnight mix sour cream, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate overnight! 1 package of German chocolate cake mix 1/2 cup of coconut 1/3 cup of soft butter 1 egg
Blend until crumbly and press into un-greased pan (13x8 or 2 pie plates). Combine: 16 ounces of cream cheese, softened 2 eggs 3/4 cup of sugar 2 teaspoons of vanilla
Beat these until smooth. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350ºF. Mix: 1 pint of sour cream 1/2 cup of sugar 1 tablespoon of vanilla
Spread on above when cooled. Refrigerate at least 8 hours. |
