Two 5 ounce cans of white beans, drained 2 apples, pared and diced 2/3 cup of honey 1/2 cup of golden raisins 1 small onion, diced 1/3 cup of sweet pickle relish 1 tablespoon of prepared mustard 1 teaspoon of curry powder, or to taste Salt, to taste
Combine all ingredients in 2 1/2-quart casserole. Add enough water just to cover. Bake at 300ºF. about 1 1/2 hours, adding more water if needed.
