| Lobster Casserole 2
2 eggs, beaten 2 tablespoons of melted butter A dash of salt 1 tablespoon of lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon of dry mustard 1 1/2 cup of bread crumbs 1 1/2 cup of lobster meat 1 cup of milk |
| Combine all ingredients. Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake for 40 minutes at 350ºF. Yield: 6 servings. |
