| Heat oven to 350ºF. Trim excess fat from chops. Place the chops in an ungreased baking pan, season with salt. Top each chop with 1 slice of onion, 1 slice of lemon, 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 tablespoon of catsup. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover, baste chops and bake until done, about 30 minutes. Makes 2 servings |
