Liver Mold Appetizer  RecipesFromScratch.com8/28/06

1 cup of beef bouillon
1 package of plain gelatin
1 small package of cream cheese
6 ounce roll of liverwurst
Tabasco
grated onion
salt
pepper

Soften the gelatin in 1/4 cup of bouillon; add to 3/4 cup of hot bouillon. Pour to 1/4 inch depth in mold and chill. Mix cheese, liverwurst, Tabasco, onion, salt and pepper. Put the mixture in center of mold, making sure it does not tough sides of mold.. Pour remaining hot bouillon around liver and return to refrigerator. Serve with melba toast or crackers.
