| Lobster Curry Dip
One 8 ounce package of cream cheese 1/2 cup of mayonnaise 2 tablespoons of grated onion 2 teaspoons of curry powder 1 teaspoon of lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon of salt One 6 ounce can of lobster, crab or king crab 1 small can of shrimp |
| Blend together cheese, mayonnaise, onion, curry powder, lemon juice until fluffy and more or less smooth. Drain and flake lobster or crab; drain shrimp. Fold both shell fish into cheese mixture. Refrigerate. Makes 1 1/2 cups. |
