| Cranberry Yeast Bread
1 cup + 2 tablespoons of water; (70-80ºF) 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine 3 tablespoons of instant nonfat dry milk 3 tablespoons of sugar 2 teaspoons of salt 3 1/2 cups of bread flour 2 1/2 teaspoons of Active dry yeast 3/4 cup of dried cranberries 1 tablespoon of grated orange peel |

In bread machine pan, place the first seven ingredients n order suggested by manufacturer. Select basic bread setting. Choose crust color and loaf size if available. Bake according to bread machine directions (check dough after 5 minutes of mixing; adding 1-2 tablespoons water or flour, if needed). Just before the final kneading (at beep) add cranberries and orange peel. Yield: 1 loaf. (2 pound) Editors Note: Use of the time feature is not recommended for this recipe.
