Cream Cheese Icing 3
3/4 cup of margarine 12 ounces of cream cheese, softened 2 teaspoons of vanilla Using an electric mixer, blend the first 3 ingredients together. Add confectioners sugar gradually, beating continuously until smooth. If necessary, add more water to thin. (This icing isn't so sweet tasting, but is rather soft and off-white in color.
