David's Cookies (Fairfield Gourmet Foods Corporation)

Passover Imitation Oatmeal Cookies

2 cups of Farfel
2 cups of Matzoh meal
1 1/2 cups of sugar
2/3 cup of oil
1/2 cup of raisins
4 Eggs
1 cup of nuts, chopped
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of salt

Mix all ingredients together. Drop by teaspoon on greased sheet. Bake at 400ºF.  until brown.
