 
| Old-Fashioned Oatmeal Cookies
3/4 cup of butter Flavor Crisco
1 1/4 cups of brown sugar, firmly packed
1 Egg
1/3 cup of milk
1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla
3 cups Oats, quick cooking
1 cup of flour, all purpose
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of raisins
1 cup of walnut pieces, broken |

Preparation Time: 20 Minutes Bake Time: 10 to 12 Minutes Heat oven to 375ºF. Grease baking sheets with Butter Flavor Crisco. Set aside. Cream Butter Flavor Crisco, brown sugar, egg, milk and vanilla in large bowl at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended. Combine oats, flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Mix into creamed mixture. Stir in raisins and nuts. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto baking sheet. Bake at 375ºF. for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool n baking sheet 2 minutes.
