Cranberry-Raspberry Gelatin Dessert

-= Ingredients =- 2 packets of unflavored gelatin 1/2 cup of water 2 cups of Light Cranberry Juice Cocktail 1/2 cup of Atkins Sugar-Free Raspberry or Strawberry Syrup 2 teaspoons of fresh lemon juice |

-= Instructions =- Place gelatin in a large bowl. Bring water to a boil. Pour water over gelatin; stir until dissolved. Add cranberry juice, Atkins syrup, and lemon juice. Mix well. Divide mixture in 6 dessert glasses. Chill until gelled, about 3 hours. This recipe yields 6 servings.
