| Cheese Queso Dip 2 pounds of Velveeta cheese, cubed 10 ounce can of diced tomatoes and chilies 1 pound of bulk sausage, browned, crumbled fine and drained tortilla chips Combine the cheese, tomatoes, and sausage in slow cooker. Cover. Heat on LOW for 1 - 2 hours. Serve with tortilla chips. Makes 2 quarts |
