| Preheat oven to 350ºF. Combine the mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire in saucepan. Add milk gradually, stirring until smooth. Add cheese. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until cheese melts and mixture is thick and smooth, about 5 minutes. Put 2 tablespoons of cheese mixture in each of 6 custard cups. Break an egg into a saucer, slip each egg into each cup. Add another 2 tablespoons of cheese mixture to each cup. Sprinkle 1/2 tablespoon of Parmesan on top of each. Set cups in shallow pan containing little water. Bake 25 - 30 minutes. Serve at once. Makes 6 servings
