2 pounds of chicken wings 1/4 cup of sugar 1/2 teaspoon of ginger, ground 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder 1/8 cup of onions, chopped 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper 1/2 cup of soy sauce 6 ounces of pineapple juice | |
Remove wing tips from chicken and cut apart at joint. Combine remaining ingredients. Marinate chicken wings for at least 24 hours. Preheat oven to 375ºF. Bake for 1 hour. Serve warm. Hawaiian Cookbooks |
