| | Savory Ham Loaf 2 pounds of cooked ham, ground 2 pounds of ground pork 3 - 4 eggs, well beaten 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs 1/2 cup of milk 1 - 1 1/2 cup of brown sugar 1/2 cup of water 1 can of tomato soup or tomato paste 1/2 cup of vinegar 1 teaspoon of dry mustard | | Mix the meats, eggs, crumbs and milk, pour into loaf pan. Combine the remaining ingredients; pour over ham loaf. Bake at 350ºF. for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Cool slightly before slicing. |
