Recipes - COGNAC HOLIDAY FRUIT - Use either peaches, plums, pears. Place the peeled, sliced fruit in large glass or stoneware jar. Sprinkle with sugar and pour COGNAC to an inch above fruit. Close jar tightly and keep in cool place NOT refrigerator. By Thanksgiving/Christmas, you'll have fabulous fruit - delicious over ice cream, pound cake, yogurt or pudding.
