| Blueberry Kramm 1 pint of blueberries 4 cups of water 1 cup of sugar 1 tablespoon of lemon juice 4 tablespoons of cornstarch 1/4 cup of cold water whipped cream or heavy cream |

Cook the blueberries in water for 15 minutes. Strain. Save liquid. Add sugar and lemon juice to blueberry liquid. Make a paste of the cornstarch and water. add to juices. Cook stirring constantly for 3 - 4 minutes or until clear. Pour into bowl to set. Serve cold with heavy cream or whipped cream. Makes 6 servings |
