| Upside-Down Cake in a Can

-= Ingredients =- 1 package of White or yellow cake mix Margarine 2 cans of pineapple slices 1 Jar of cherries Brown sugar twelve 6 ounce tuna cans |

-= Instructions =- Follow directions on cake mix box. Grease small tuna cans. Place 1 pineapple slice with cherry in center in each can. Sprinkle with brown sugar & dot with 1 tsp. margarine. Put a few spoonfuls of cake batter in each can (1/2 to 3/4 full) & cover with heavy-duty foil. Place on coals until cake is done. (We placed on grate.) Invert on serving plate & wait for 5 minutes before removing tuna can. From: "Buckeyes and More" a recipe book from the Buckeye Trails Girl Scout Council.
