| Curry Dipper one 10 3/4 ounce can of cream of mushroom soup, undiluted 1 1/2 tablespoons of curry powder 1 teaspoon of lemon juice 1 clove garlic, minced Combine all of the ingredients in a 4 cup glass measure and blend well. Place in microwave. Cook on medium high (400-500 watts) for about 4 minutes. Serve hot with tiny meatballs, cubed sirloin, shrimp, or scallops. Makes 1 1/4 cups |
