one 6 1/2 - 7 ounce crab meat, drained 1/2 cup of finely minced celery 1/2 cup of mayonnaise 4 teaspoons of sweet pickle relish 2 teaspoons of prepared mustard 2 green onions, thinly sliced 24 crisp crackers or toast rounds
Place the crab meat in a bowl, pick over and remove cartilage. Flake crab meat with a fork. add the remaining ingredients except the crackers. Spoon about 1 tablespoon mixture onto each cracker. arrange 12 canapés on microwave safe plate. Place in microwave. Cover with waxed paper. Cook on medium high (400- 500 watts) for 40 seconds. Transfer canapés to serving platter. Arrange remaining canapés on microwave safe plate and place in microwave. Cover with waxed paper. Cook on medium high for 45 seconds. Serve warm. Makes 24 canapés
