1 pound (1 package) CREAMETTE Fettuccini, uncooked 1/4 cup of Olive oil (or veg. oil) 3 Chicken breasts, boneless & skinless, cut into strips 2 large Red bell peppers, cut into strips 2 large Yellow bell peppers, cut into strips 1 medium Green bell pepper, cut into strips 1 medium Onion, cut into chunks 2 1/2 cups of mushrooms, fresh, sliced 1 teaspoon of Herb seasoning, salt free 2 1/2 tablespoons of Parmesan Cheese, grated |

Prepare the fettucini according to directions, then drain... In a large skillet heat the oil and add the chicken, peppers, onion, mushrooms, and seasonings and cook over med heat until the chicken is cooked through, 8 to 10 min... Add the hot cooked fettucini and parmesan cheese, toss to coat, and serve immediately...
