| Low Calorie Non Fat Spicy Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
1 bottle fat-free Italian dressing (8 oz.) 2 teaspoons of pepper 2 teaspoons of red pepper flakes or Mrs. Dash 2 teaspoons of sugar 2 teaspoons of minced garlic 2 teaspoons of basil 3 tablespoons of Dijon mustard or other spicy mustard 1/2 cup of Balsamic vinegar |

Mix together. Makes 2 cups. Can be stored for weeks in refrigerator.
For pasta salad add: Fusillis pasta, artichoke hearts, chick peas, red and green pepper, sliced broccoli flowerettes, carrots and sun dried tomatoes (not stored in oil but plumped in hot water per package directions). Toss with spicy vinaigrette to taste. |
