| Lobster Broth with Pasta
6 cups of Lobster broth 1/2 cup of Pastina; e.g. orzo or other small pasta 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper Salt to taste 2 tablespoons of chopped chives |

Bring the broth to a boil in a stainless steel saucepan. Add the pastina* and stir well. Bring the broth back to a boil, cover, and boil gently for 10 minutes, until the pastina is very tender. Add the pepper and the salt to taste. Ladle the soup into four soup bowls and sprinkle with chives. Serve immediately.
