| | Ellen's Pasta Twists Salad 8 ounces of tri colored pasta twists 3/4 cup of frozen broccoli 3/4 cup of frozen carrots 3/4 cup of cauliflower 1 1/2 cups of diced Cheddar cheese 2/3 cup of bottled Parmesan cheese dressing 1/2 teaspoon of basil salt and pepper to taste

Cook pasta & frozen vegetables in boiling, salted water for about 7 minutes or until pasta and vegetables are just tender, drain and let cool. Combine the diced cheese, salad dressing, basil, salt, and pepper. Add pasta and vegetables, toss well. Cover and refrigerate or serve at once. Serves 4 |
