Mix boiling water, 2 tablespoons of margarine or butter and contents of seasoning/fruit pouch until margarine is melted. Add contents of stuffing pouch. Mix lightly. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut a side pocket in each of the chops. Spoon stuffing into pockets. Place chops in 2-qt. shallow baking dish. Cover. Bake at 350ºF. for 25 minutes. Uncover. Mix melted margarine, sugar and mustard. Spoon over chops and continue baking uncovered or until chops are done. Source: Pepperidge Farm |
