1/4 cup of catsup
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon of dry mustard
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
6 thick pork chops
fat
1 small onion, sliced
1/4 cup of hot water |

Combine the catsup, lemon juice, mustard and Worcestershire sauce, rub into chops. Brown in hot fat' top with onion. Add water; cover and bake at 350ºF. for 1 hour. Makes 6 servings |
