| Quick Chicken Cacciatore
1 Stewing or frying chicken 1 can of Italian style stewed, tomatoes 1/2 package of Linguini 1 can of Olives, chopped 1 cup of dry red wine 2 cups of water 1 teaspoon of Basil 1 teaspoon of Oregano 3 tablespoons of Olive oil 1/4 cup of Vinegar 1 can of Tomato soup 3 Cloves garlic 1 can of Tomato sauce |

Brown the chicken in the olive oil. Put all of the ingredients except the wine and linguini into a large pot and bring to a boil. Turn stove to simmer and cook for 1 hour. Remove chicken, cool and debone. Return chicken to pot, add wine and linguini. Bring back to a boil and cook until linguini is tender. Serves 4. |
