| Applecake Ablekage
2 cups of dry bread crumbs 3 tablespoons of sugar 1/2 cup of butter 2 cups of applesauce 1 cup of whipping cream, whipped Red jelly | | Sauté bread crumbs and 1 tablespoon sugar in butter until browned. Place in serving dish in alternate layers with applesauce. Serve topped with whipped cream sweetened with remaining sugar. Decorate with red jelly. Yield: 8 servings. |
