1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of plain flour
1 egg
1/2 cup of chopped nuts
1 to 1 1/2 cup of unpeeled apples, chopped
1 teaspoon of baking powder

Combine all of the ingredients. Place in a greased pie plate. Bake at 325ºF. until brown. Delicious warm with ice cream.
