| Butter Cake (Sweden)
2 eggs 1 1/4 cups of sugar 1/2 cup of melted butter 1 cup of milk 2 cups of flour 2 teaspoons of baking powder 3 tablespoons of Nestles Quick Chocolate
Beat egg and sugar at medium speed. Pour in butter and milk. Beat at low speed until well mixed. Add flour and baking powder. Pour 1/2 of the batter into a greased and floured bundt pan. Mix Nestle Quick Chocolate with remaining batter. Pour on top of batter in pan. Whirl gently with knife for a marble effect. Bake 350ºF. for 45 to 50 minutes. Serve unfrosted. (12 servings) | |
