| Szechuan Chicken
2 Chicken breasts 3 tablespoons of cornstarch 1 tablespoon of MSG, optional 1 tablespoon of oil 3 cloves garlic, minced 5 tablespoons of soy sauce 1 1/2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar 1 Green onions, cut in 1"pcs 1/4 cup of water 1 tablespoon of sugar 1/8 tablespoon of cayenne or more |
| Skin and bone the chicken breasts and cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes. Combine the cornstarch and MSG in a paper bag. Add the chicken and toss to coat. Heat oil in skillet or wok. add the chicken and garlic. stir fry until the chicken is lightly browned. add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and water. Cover and cook for 3 minutes. add the green onions and cayenne. Heat for another 2 minutes. serve with steamed rice.
