| Tuna Noodle Casserole
3 cups of dried noodles One 6 ounce can of tuna 1/2 cup of mayonnaise 1 cup of celery 1/3 cup of onion 1/4 cup of green pepper (optional) 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1 can of cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup of milk 1 cup of grated cheese (any) |

Combine cooked noodles, tuna, mayonnaise, vegetables, and salt. Blend soup and milk; cook over medium heat. Add any kind of cheese. Pour over noodles in un-greased casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 425ºF. for 20 minutes.
