| Thanksgiving Turnovers
PASTRY:
one 3 ounce package of cream cheese
1/4 pound of butter
1 cup of flour
FILLING:
1/2 cup of mashed sweet potatoes
1/4 cup of drained crushed pineapple
1/4 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of flaked coconut |

Pastry: Mix all ingredients together with pastry blender until mixture forms ball. Chill 30 minutes.
Filling: Mix all ingredients together.
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Roll dough on lightly floured board 3 inches in diameter and 1 teaspoon mixture, fold in half and seal. Brush with egg yolk and water mix together. Bake 15 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
