| Deviled Steaks ( 7 Points)
1/4 cup of Dijon mustard 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed 1 teaspoon of coarsely ground pepper 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1 pound of beef boneless top loin steaks, 4 steaks about 1 inch thick |

Mix mustard, rosemary, pepper and garlic. Cover and let stand 30 minutes. Brush grill rack with vegetable oil. Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat. Spread mustard mixture on both sides of beef. Grill beef uncovered 4to 5 inches from medium heat 1 minute on each side to seal in juices. Cover and grill 8 to 9 minutes longer for medium doneness (160ºF), turning once.
