| Ziti Casserole 1
One 16 ounce package of ziti macaroni 1 pound of ground beef One 15 ounce container of ricotta 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese 1 egg, slightly beaten 3/4 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of pepper One 8 ounce package of Mozzarella cheese, shredded 42 ounces of spaghetti sauce |
| Heat spaghetti sauce. Boil ziti as label directs in large saucepan. Cook ground beef until browned; drain. Drain ziti and return to saucepan; stir in ricotta and next 4 ingredients with half of spaghetti sauce until well mixed. Spoon mixture into 9x13 inch baking dish; pour remaining sauce evenly over ziti mixture; sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350ºF. for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. 10 servings. |
